Powdered form of magnesium carbonate for use by gymnasts, weightlifters, and climbers to help reduce hand friction from contact with equipment. Helps keep hands dry. Apply liberal amount of chalk to hands prior to workout or activity. Comes with 2 oz chalk. Shaker is refillable.
