For anyone engaged in an all-out assault on their forearms, wrist roller training is a must. The One Wicked Wrist Roller trains your grip, wrist and forearm in a flexion/extension movement, like when doing wrist curls (regular and reverse). It is designed so that you train both concentrically (winding up the cord) and eccentrically (allowing it to unwind under control).
Made of two-inch diameter knurled high-strength steel with a 10ft climbing grade accessory cord, along with a snap link. Our One Wicked Wrist Roller can rotate on a 1 inch bar, where its slick bushing system gives it a smooth ride, although it can still be used in its traditional free-standing mode if you prefer.
